Cherie Smith has been with our practice for 5 years.  She is Dr. Ordon & Dr. Chopra’s patient coordinator/office manager in our Rancho Mirage office.  She looks forward to providing personalized attention to her patients from their initial contact with us throughout the surgical process from start to finish.  Her enthusiasm and compassion for her patients instantly makes them feel at home.  Cherie is efficient, enigmatic, and offers an abundance of information regarding both invasive and non-invasive procedures including plastic and reconstructive surgery and is happy to provide information regarding financing options for patients.  She is enthusiastic about helping people meet their needs and achieve their goals.

Lourdes Contreras has been in our practice for 5 years. She is Dr. Ordon and Dr. Chopra’s practice manager/patient coordinator in our Beverly Hills office. Having been in the Aesthetic Industry since 1989, she brings with her an extensive background of knowledge in the Plastic Surgery field. In addition to her responsibilities as practice manager, she is also a Patient coordinator- helping clients with coordinating appointments and surgeries. she is dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals by being a loyal patient-advocate throughout the surgical process, ensuring that their surgical experience is positive and enjoyable.

Pam Morelock has been with our Rancho Mirage practice for 10 years as our aesthetic nurse specialist.   She is a master with all injectables.  Not only is she an expert at injections and non-surgical cosmetic treatments, she has extensive background in operating room nursing and management.  She has been a resident of the valley for over 20 years.  She is a registered nurse and a graduate of the University of La Verne in California. She has extensive certifications and training in plastic, cosmetic and aesthetic medicine.  Her ability to define facial structures and achieve non-surgical aesthetic looks achieves excellence.

Joan Denison has been with our Rancho Mirage practice for 10 years.  She is a licensed esthetician and skin care specialist.  Her ability to rejuvenate, refresh and renew patient’s skin is second to none.  Her talent for analyzing problematic skin and correcting and balancing aging skin is truly amazing.  Her clients rave about her uncanny ability to restore a youthful, healthy glow to their skin.  Her patience and intuition for each individual makes her the most sought after esthetician in our area.  She offers a wide range of knowledge on skin care products and offers individual consultations on everything from skin care regime to make up, and supplements to enhance beauty and health.

Amber Moreno has been with our  Rancho Mirage practice for over a year.  She is Dr. Eko’s patient coordinator and a true asset to our practice.  Her cheerful attitude and positive personality immediately put patients at ease.  She is efficient, friendly and always willing to help.  In addition to being an excellent customer service representative she is also a certified Medical Assistant and has her certificate in Phlebotomy.
